How we work

The most important part of planning your facility is clarifying what your needs and goals of the facility are.

To be your partner, we need to know as much about your needs and goals as possible. If you have this information already, we can offer our expertise, knowledge and experience to assist you in solidifying your current needs assessment.

If you are not sure about some of your needs, we can explore some opportunities your facility has to uncover. Below are some considerations we will discuss with you to clarify what your needs are.

  • Goals assessment: Do you have a clearly stated objective of the facility? What do you want to accomplish with the facility?

  • Available space: How much space you have allocated? And if your needs and objectives for the facility require more than what is currently available, is there an opportunity to increase or decrease the space available?

  • User demographics: Who are your users? What age group? How active are they? Are they gender predominant? What income level are they?

  • Budget: What is the budget for the project? Can we accomplish your goals with a lower budget? Or if your goals and needs require a larger budget, is there an opportunity to increase the budget to ensure success of the facility?

  • Architectural layout: Things to take into consideration - electrical (dedicated lines and outlet placement), lighting (what type and how much), room flow (user friendliness and natural flow), room and separation (aerobics room, stretching area, and etc.)
